DESIGN
The final production is according to the CAD drawing, and the size and shape should be 1:1 as shown on the CAD, so the design drawing needs to be accurate.
RAW MATERIAL CONFIRMATION
When the design is confirmed, during CAD drawing we already begin to consider the raw material. Different materials are suitable for specific constructions and have different costs.
QUOTATION
When the design and raw materials are confirmed, we will send the quotation to you for confirmation.
SAMPLE
If the quotation is acceptable, we proceed to sample making. The sample is made according to final requirements and should be identical to bulk production, so bulk production inspection will be based on the samples.
SAMPLE IMPROVEMENT
Sometimes when you receive the samples, you may want to make some changes or improvements. We will then make the improved samples.
SAMPLE CONFIRMATION
After all details are perfected on the samples, we confirm to proceed with bulk production, and we will also keep your signed samples.
BULK ORDER AND DEPOSIT
The bulk order confirmation, contract assignment, and your settlement of the deposit payment.
BULK PRODUCTION
After receiving your deposit for the eyeglasses order, we will begin ordering the materials and arrange production to be completed within our agreed lead time.
INSPECTION
When production is finished, we will arrange the inspection with you. After passing inspection, we will proceed to delivery.
BALANCE PAYMENT AND DELIVERY, AFTER SALES SERVICE
After passing inspection, you arrange the balance payment, and we arrange delivery, following up on arrival and after-sales service.
Custom Glasses Frame Designs – 4 Ways to Collaborate on Design:
1. Our Innovation Service
We have an in-house design team and a marketing department. Our monthly target is to create 20 new eyewear innovations (including 10 sunglasses and 10 optical frames). These new designs are presented as 2D drawings and shared with our cooperating clients and new clients for selection. If you like an idea, we can modify it to match your brand style. Once a client selects a design, we will not share it with others, ensuring your exclusivity. If your brand needs a continuous supply of new eyewear but doesn’t want to rely entirely on your own design team, we invite you to collaborate with us.
2. Your Idea, Our Design
If you have eyewear concepts or marketing requests but lack an in-house designer—or are unsure if the design is feasible—just share your idea with us. Our design team will create a draft, and you can request adjustments until the CAD or 3D drawing is finalized.
3. Your Existing Drawing
If your company has an engineering and design team (and you’ve already completed the final drawing), just send it to us. We’ll evaluate the production feasibility and discuss any potential issues with you until both parties confirm the final version.
4. Customization of Standard Models
For minor adjustments (e.g., adding your brand logo, changing colors, modifying rivet shapes or hinges), you can use our bulk-produced standard eyewear models. Just let us know your requirements, and we’ll send the finalized drawing for your confirmation before proceeding.

Custom Eyewear Production Craftsmanship
Although eyewear may seem simple, the production process is highly complex—and experience is key. Most of our factory workers have over 20 years of expertise, ensuring reliable, high-quality craftsmanship. Frame finishes (e.g., glossy, matte, brushed, wooden grain, carbon fiber grain, IP plating, water transfer) can be tailored to your preferences; we’ll discuss the final effect together.
OEM Branding Options for Eyewear
Eyewear logos can be displayed in multiple ways. If you’ve already developed a unique branding style for your designer eyewear, we’ll align the logo method accordingly. For newly established brands, options include printing, laser engraving, hot stamping, metal stamps, or crystal elements.
Custom Eyewear Packaging
We optimize packaging for efficiency: minimizing size to reduce shipping costs, using eco-friendly materials (to lower waste disposal taxes and support sustainability), matching brand colors, and designing for easy consumer opening and storage.
