Raw Material Selection
Immediately following CAD validation, materials (e.g., Acetate, TR90, Monel) are sourced. Costs and structural behaviors are calculated specifically for your selected geometries.
Official Quotation
A highly detailed, transparent breakdown of material costs, engineering overhead, and unit pricing is submitted based on the verified blueprints.
Master Prototyping (Sample)
If pricing is accepted, we machine the first prototype. This physical sample must be identical to the eventual bulk output, acting as the ultimate quality standard.
Sample Refinement
Prototypes are sent to your team. We gather tactile, visual, and comfort feedback. Our tooling is then adjusted to implement any requested physical optimizations.
Final Confirmation
All technical refinements are locked. The definitive "Golden Sample" is physically signed by both parties and archived on the factory floor for mass-production QA.
Contract & Material Procurement
Bulk order contracts are signed, deposit settlements are cleared, and our supply chain immediately bulk-orders the validated raw titanium, acetate, or polymers.
Mass Production Floor
Injection molding, multi-axis CNC routing, automated laser welding, and hand-polishing stages are systematically executed within the contracted lead times.
